| Further offshore, in the deeper waters, are wonderful meadows of sea grass, ideal for snorkelling and collecting fresh mussels for supper. One finds the bigger mussels in about 5m depth of water. | ||

A small brook flows into the sea and provides a wonderful display for fish spotting . All this surrounded by fields of reeds . (Kalamaki in English means reed). |
